DescriptionICT industry cluster "ICT Cluster Lower Danube" Galati was founded in 2015 and has a total of 37 members.
The cluster has the following objectives:
* Increase the research - development capacity (R & D), stimulating cooperation between research - development institutions and and enterprises, and increase businesses' access to RDI;
* Unlocking the potential of information and communication technology and its application in the public sector (administration, education, health) and private (businesses, citizens);
* Creating premises for increasing the competitiveness of the ICT sector based on intensive use of knowledge;
* Create mechanisms to address to collaborative international projects;
* Attracting resources (investment, hedge funds, etc.) to develop the ICT sector;
* Enhance cooperation between different actors in the information and communications technology, exchange of information and ideas, as well as conducting joint activities.
We are interested in developing collaborations with other clusters at European level;
